29 CFR 1915.152(a): The employer did not provide or ensure each affected employee with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for the eyes, face, head, extremities, torso, and respiratory system, including protective clothing, protective barriers, personal fall protection equipment, and life saving equipment, meeting the applicable provisions of Subpart I, wherever employees were exposed to work activity hazards that required the use of PPE: a) Boat Dock on or about March 06, 2013, employees using the aluminum ladder to reach the boat dock, were exposed to falling into the water 11 feet below. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION ARE NOT REQUIRED
