Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 002 Hazard:
29 CFR 1926.404(c)(1)(ii)(D): Open conductors for branch circuit, feeder, and service conductors rated 600 volts, nominal, or less and run outdoors did not conform to the minimum clearance of 18 feet over public streets, alleys, roads, and driveways: (a) 1800 Warnock Street, Electrical service entrance line over Warnock Street - On or about 2/26/2013, employees performing electrical work were exposed to hazards of vehicle traffic interfering the service electrical line which was not the required 18 feet above the street. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
