29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): The employer did not provide portable fire extinguishers and shall mount, locate and identify them so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. Receiving Dock: The fire extinguisher next to the merchandise pick up door was blocked with boxes. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
