29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use: a) On or about 12 February 2013, the employer did not obtain Material Safety Data Sheet(s) for the hazardous chemicals used in the work area. Worker(s) were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to ARM & HAMMER Laundry Detergent (contains Alkylbenzenesulfonic Acid; Ethoxylated Alcohols); ARM & HAMMER Oxiclean Stain Remover (contains Sodium Carbonate; Sodium percarbonate; Ethoxylated Alcohol; Sodium Polycarbonate; Sodium Metasilicate) and to SC Johnson SHOUT Laundry Stain Remover (contains Ethoxylated Alcohols) while hand-washing AMTRAK seat covers.
