29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about February 6, 2013, at the worksite located at 86 Tournay Circle, Little Rock, Arkansas, employees using a 14" Chicago Electric Industrial Cut-off saw to cut bricks to size did not wear eye protection. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of contact with dust particles and flying brick chips.
