29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i): Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors: (a) Magna Energy Services, LLC, 0902 County Road 4, Wiggins, CO 80654: On or before February 5, 2013, the employer did not take proper measures to ensure three 5 gallon buckets containing deisel fuel were not exposed to ignition sources in the welding area. The buckets were within 3 feet of a portable heater. This condition exposes employees to fire hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
