29 CFR 1910.110(b)(16): Personnel performing removal, operation, and/or maintenance on LPG equipment were not properly trained in such functions: a) Bulk Plant at Highway 32 West - On June 10, 2013 and times prior to, the employer did not ensure that employees assigned to transfer liquid propane from several ASME propane tanks into a bobtail truck were given adequate instructions on how to safely perform the task to prevent a possible explosion, exposing employees to fire and burn hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED
