29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(i): Bulldozer and scraper blades, end-loader buckets, dump bodies, or similar equipment were not fully lowered or blocked when being repaired or when not in use: a) 12 Commerce Road, Fairfield, NJ. Employees involved in troubleshooting a Ford F650's Samco Dump Body were exposed to struck-by/crushed-by hazards as the dump body was not blocked or prevented from falling while employees were between the dump body and truck's frame. Violation observed on or about 01/10/2013.
