29 CFR 1915.116(i): Employees were permitted to ride the hook or the load. a) Assembly Bay 3, JHSV 633 module UO2A, 03 level, port side - On January 7, 2013 one employee was working on the UO2A module welding pad eyes and hooking a come-along while the UO2A module was suspended by four 1 1/2 inch slings from a 40 metric ton overhead bridge crane.
