29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected and used without having the required clearances of 10 feet between any conductive materials handled on them and exposed energized power lines. a) 1718 North 42nd Street, Philadelphia, PA- Employees were exposed to shock and electrocution hazards while working on a scaffold within 10 feet of energized power lines. Employees were handling shaped aluminum flashing/capping sections that were approximately 10 feet in length on the top working level of a tubular steel frame scaffold. The upper steel frame was 20 inches from the closest phase of the 13.2KV distribution service and the planked working level was 28 inches away. The planks were at the same level as the power line.
