29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. On or about 11/14/12, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while performing stucco and foam work from a tubular welded frame scaffold at an approximate height of 28 feet. The employees were working from the edge with no side rail or guardrail protection. MMC Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316080167, Citation 2, Item 1, which was affirmed as a final order on 10/10/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 593 Georgia 34, Suite 29 in Newnan, Georgia 30265.
