29 CFR 1926.1412(d)(1)(xi): The employer failed to inspect equipment for level position within the tolerances specified by the equipment manufacturer's recommendations, both before each shift and after each move and setup: On or about October 22, 2012, at the jobsite located on the new Highway 11/25, southwest of Star City, Arkansas, the employer did not ensure the crane was inspected for level position after each move and set up, exposing employees to struck by and crushing hazards due to crane collapse.
