29 CFR 1910.180(h)(4)(ii): Employees were permitted to stand or pass under a load on the hook. At Well 10-H, employees walked and worked underneath a load on a hook suspended by a Liebherr mobile crane. An employee sustained a fatal injury when struck by a lose leg of an injector head suspended approximately 60 feet above ground.
