29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: In the warehouse a fork truck with a broken glass shield was not removed form operatiion or repaird. The employee were exposed to laceration and cut injuries from potaentially shattering glass.
