29 CFR 1910.184(f)(1): Wire rope sling(s) were used with loads in excess of rated capacities shown in Tables N1843 through N18414: (a) Nidi Tec Inc at 5686 Logan Ct Unit C, Denver, CO 80216: On and before July 3, 2012, the employer used wire rope slings for moving bundles of slabs. The slings did not have tags showing their rated weight capacity. This condition potentially exposes employees to struck-by and crushing hazards.
