29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: a) Two Bit Ranch, Wheelerville, PA: An employee sustained an electrical injury after contact with an overhead power line and there was neither an infirmary, clinic or hospital in near proximity nor a person adequately trained to render first aid, on or about July 29, 2012.
