29 CFR 1910.1048(i)(3): When there was a possibility that an employee's eyes could be splashed with solutions containing 0.1 percent or greater formaldehyde, the employer did not provide acceptable eyewash facilities within the immediate work area for emergency use: a) Embalming Room - There was an inadequate hose and nozzle that was used as an eyewash for an embalmer working with chemicals containing 36% formaldehyde, on or about July 3, 2012.
