29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1): Each affected employee was not trained in the purpose and use of energy control procedures. On or about June 26, 2012, employer did not enforce a program consisting of an energy control procedure, provide specific training and periodic inspection to ensure that before providing maintenance or service the Recycle Asphalt Product (RAP) machine was isolated from energy source and rendered inoperative. This condition exposed employee to caught-by hazards.
