29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Note: If the employer could demonstrate that it was infeasible or created a greater hazard to use these systems, a fall protection plan meeting the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502 should have been developed and implemented. a) Thunderbolt Builders, Inc. at 416 Wind River Drive, Windsor, CO 80550: On or before June 9, 2012, the employer did not ensure that employees constructing the second floor deck were protected from falling. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 10'.
