29 CFR 1910.169(b)(3)(iii): Safety appliances such as safety valves, indicating devices and controlling devices, were not constructed, located, and/or installed so that they could not be readily rendered inoperative by any means, including the elements: (a) A gauge to measure air pressure on the line #3 blow molder was damaged such that the cover glass was missing and the gauge was not functioning in a reliable manner. (b) A gauge to measure water pressure on the line #4 blow molder was damaged such that the cover glass was missing and the gauge was not functioning in a reliable manner.
