29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects were not protected by protective helmets: a) Lot 22 Finch Lane, Milton, DE - Employees engaged in residential construction were exposed to head injury when they were setting the trusses. The employees were not wearing protective helmets to eliminate the hazard. This violation was observed on or about May 24, 2012.
