29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(B): When an unqualified person was working on the ground in the vicinity of overhead lines, the person brought conductive objects closer to unguarded, energized overhead lines than the distances given in paragraph (c)(3)(i)(A) of this section. On or about May 13, 2012, employees were exposed to electric hazards in that the employer did not ensure that employees who handled survey equipment antenna were working at a clearance of 10 feet from the overhead power lines.
