29 CFR 1910.137(b)(2)(viii): Electrical protective equipment was not subjected to periodic electrical tests in accordance with Tables I-5 and I-6: (a) Maintenance shop: The Salisbury class 00 electrical protective gloves in service and being used by a maintenance mechanic were last tested on 6-13-11, and not tested at least every six months as required by Table I-6, on or about 5-8-12.
