29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: On or about February 28, 2012, three employees were working on the job site without head protection, exposing the employees to the hazard of being struck by falling object. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that each employee working on the job site and exposed to over-head hazards is provided and wearing head protection.
