29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet(1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provisionin paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. A. Samuel Graber LP worksite located at 7950 Maumee Western Rd., Maumee, Ohio: On or about April 24, 2012, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while installing wall studs and sheathing on the east gable of the residential structure. The employee was exposed to a potential fall distance of approximately 10 feet. B.
