Among other methods, on e feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to locate c aps on top of the bolt pieces to prevent an impalement hazard to employees as in dicated on 1926.701(b). Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies o f programs, training certification, etc.) is required for this item.
