29 CFR 1910.22(c): Cover(s) and/or guardrail(s) were not provided to protect personnel from the hazards of an open sump crock: On or about February 15, 2012 and times prior thereto, employer does not protect employees from tripping hazards presented by uncovered sump crocks that are approximately 25 inches deep in the pits under LTPR-5 and the old LTPR-1 vessels. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19 within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that covers are installed on open sump crocks.ed
