29 CFR 1910.119(o)(3): A report was not developed of the findings of the compliance audit required by 29 CFR 1910.119(o)(1): (a)Employees were exposed to the hazard of a potential leak of large quantities of anhydrous ammonia in that the employer did not maintain documentation showing that they have evaluated each section of the process safety management standard to verify that the procedures and practices developed under the standard are adequate and are being followed. The employer did not develop a report of findings on all elements of the standard in the last two compliance audits as determined on or about January 10, 2012. (b)Employees were exposed to the hazard of a potential leak of large quantities of anhydrous ammonia in that the employer did not maintain documentation showing that they have evaluated each section of the process safety management standard to verify that the procedures and practices developed under the standard are adequate and are being followed. The audit team assignments for the May 2011 audit did not include evaluating the requirements of section (o), Compliance Audits, as determined on January 10, 2012.
