29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1)(iii): Stairways less than 44 inches wide with two open sides did not have a stair railing on both open sides: (a)Box Room, Small Bliss Machine: Employees accessed fixed stairs that measured 24 inches wide with two open sides. The stairway was not equipped with standard stair railing on the two open sides, in that there were no intermediate railings installed, as observed on November 08, 2011.
