29 CFR 1910.119(l)(1): The employer did not establish and implement written procedures to manage changes to process chemicals, technology, equipment, and procedures; and, changes to facilities that affect a covered process: At the CO2 compressor building, the employer did not implement the management of change procedures to identify and evaluate all scenarios when changes to process chemicals, technology, equipment, and procedures were made that impacted the system such as the sight / level glass (LG-121) on the suction pot of the first stage of the CO2 compressor. 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1) requires certification and documentation that the abatement of the above violation is completed.
