Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: a. At the work area, Carr # 1 Sector pastillo, Juana Diaz. The employer did not provide training to qualified the truck crane operator in the comprehensive technical knowledge and proficiency in the safety operations of the truck crane Trademark Simon-RO model TC-2800. This was demostrated when the crane's operator while operating the crane resulted in a fatal accident. Hazard: Lack of Knowledge/training of the safe operation of a crane. a. En el area de trabajo, Carr# 1 Sector pastillo, Juana Diaz. El patrono no proveyo evidence de adiestramiento que qualificara al operador de la grua en el conocimiento tecnico comprensivo y proficiente en la operacion segura de lagrua de camion marca Simon-RO model TC-2800. Esto quedo demostrado cuando el operador de la grua mientras operaba la grua resulto en un fatal accidente. Riesgo:Falta de conocimiento/ adiestramiento en la operacion segura dela grua.
