Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that hazard is to comply with ASME B30.16-2007 Overhead Hoists (Underhung), including but not limited to: a) Ensure the hoist system being used can safely handle the load being lifted and the load is not in excess of the rated load. ***Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)***
