Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At Laundry Mi Favorito located in Carolina, the employer did not provide training to all the employees related to the written protocol for the handling of domestic violence in the workplace which is required by the Act for the Implementation of a Protocol to Handle Domestic Violence Situations in the Workplace or Place of Employment, Act No. 217 of September 29, 2006. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is provide training to all establishment's employees related to a written protocol for the handling of domestic violence in the workplace. Hazard: Fatalities, injuries, and illnesses related to domestic violence in the workplace. En el Laundry Mi Favorito localizado en Carolina, el patrono no proveyo adiestramiento a todos los empleados relacionado al protocolo escrito para el manejo de violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo que es requerido por la Ley para la Implantacion de un Protocolo para Manejar Situaciones de Violencia Domestica en Lugares de Trabajo o Empleo, Ley Num. 217 del 29 de septiembre de 2006. Entre otros metodos, un metodo de correccion factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es proveer adiestramiento a todos los empleados del establecimiento relacionado al protocolo escrito para el manejo de violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo. Riesgo: Fatalidades, lesiones y enfermedades relacionadas a incidentes de violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo.
