Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the scholar lunch room of Mariano Abril Elemental School; the employees were cooking and serving food to the students. The hood was not working, producing high temperature, above eighty five degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature was between 86.5 F to 92.5 F. Hazard: Excessive heat. Among other methods, a feasible and acceptable abatament method to correct this hazard is, repair the hood. En el comedor escolar de la Escuela Mariano Abril Elemental; las empleadas estaban cocinando y sirviendo alimentos a los estudiantes. El extractor no estaba trabajando, produciendo altas temperaturas, sobre los ochenta y cinco grados "Fahrenheit". La temperatura estaba entre 86.5 F a 92.5 F. Riesgo: Calor excesivo.
