Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fire hazards: a) Worksite located at 317 Richard Mine Road, Wharton, NJ Employees used a wood dust collection system for metal shavings as well. Violation disclosed on or about 7/16/07 AMONG OTHERS, ONE FEASIBLE AND REASONABLE ABATEMENT METHOD IS: 1) To use the Grizzly 4 H.P. Dust Collector in accordance with the instructional manual, which states that it's only to be used for wood dust collection only.ction
