Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that weight shifters working in the pouring department were exposed to slipping hazards while walking on the roller conveyor to push sand molds to the mold dumping station: a.Quincy Castings, Inc. located in Quincy, Ohio: On or about January 10, 2007, weight shifters working in the pouring department were walking on the roller conveyor while pushing molds to the mold dumping area.
