Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 002 Hazard: UNAPEQUIP
SCRR 71-112A: Failed to furnish a place of employment which is free of recognized hazards which may cause death or serious physical harm to his employees and comply with this regulation and other occupational safety and health rules and regulations promulgated under Chapter 15 of Title 41, Code of Laws, State of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, as follows: A. On or about June 22, 2005, employer knew or should have known that three employees were exposed to the hazards of working on or about a New Holland skid steer, LS180, Serial Number 187978, without a working back-up alarm. A feasible and useful method to correct t his hazard is to install a back-up alarm and establish a safe working zone around the New Holland skid steer.
