North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: REF: ANSI B30-11-2.1.1(b)-1998 Inspection Classification (a) Facility, Compound Department- Five Monorail Systems were not inspected frequently and periodically. Note: Among other methods, one feasible acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to conduct Frequent and Periodic inspections on the monorail systems.
