Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the Emilio R. Delgado High School; the employees were performing the following works; writing in the computers, answering the phone, attending people, teaching the students, correcting papers, cleaning the school, among others. There was evidence of ceiling water filtrations at the following areas: register area and vocational classrooms of: refrigeration, woodworking and autobody. Hazards: Slips and falls. Among other correction methods, a feasible and acceptable to correct this hazard, is repair the ceiling. En la Escuela Superior Emilio R. Delgado; los empleados estaban realizando los siguientes trabajos: escribiendo en las computadoras, contestando el telefono, atendiendo publico, ensenando a los estudiantes, corrigiendo documentos, limpiando la escuela, entre otros. Habia evidencia de filtraciones en el techo en las siguientes areas: la oficina de registraduria y los salones vocacionales de: refrigeracion, ebanisteria y hojalateria. Riesgos: Resbalones y caidas. Entre otros metodos, uno factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es, reparar el techo.r
