Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 002 Hazard: GUARDING
5(a)(1) of the OSHAct: All traffic control signs or devices shall conform to Part VI of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices: a) On or about February 11, 2005 and at times prior, XKE as the exposing/creating contractor did not ensure that employees and workers on site were protected from traffic hazards. 1. The distances for the road signage at the east end of project was not correct. 2. Not enough devices were used to make the taper at the east end of the project. 3. The distance from the flagger sign to the flagger at the east end of the project was not correct. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.
