Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer does not always furnish employment and a place of employment which is free from recognized hazards that are causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees are exposed to the condition(s) listed below: Coca Cola Enterprises, Inc., Abilene Production Plant, 1849 Hwy 351, Abilene, TX. For the period of time up to and including 03/23/04, the exhaust ventilation for a natural gas State Industries 100 gallon water heater, model SBF100199NET1, serial number E95733177, was not connected.
