Section 6(a) of Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and place of employment wich were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the Carnegie Library Second floor, there were observed water spot on the struture ceiling due to the air conditioner condensation. The ceiling was starting to collapse due to the weigth imparted by the water. The employees were accommodating and finding books. Hazard: Hit by ceiling pieces or slips due to water accumulation. Among other correction method, a feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is fix the air conditioner condensations from the air ducts and from the machine. En el segundo piso de la Biblioteca Carnegie, se observaron manchas de agua en el techo de la estructura debido a la condensacion proveniente del acondicionador de aire. El techo estaba empezando a colapzar debido al peso que el agua le impartia al mismo. Los empleados acomodaban y buscaban libros. Riesgo: Golpeados por pedazos de plafon o resbalones debido a la acumulacion de agua. Entre otros metodos de correccion, un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este problema es corregir las filtraciones provenientes de los ductos de aire y la maquinaria.s
