North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to an electrical hazard. a)trailer # 1, bedroom # 2 - CSHO Ibarra observed a 120 Volt double plug electrical outlet with one plug side without the plastic encasing so that there was potential for employees to be exposed to electrical current. The outlet was approximately 2 feet off the ground next to one of the beds. b)Laundry Room / Pool Hall - CSHO Ibarra observed a 120 Volt double plug electrical outlet about four and a half feet from the ground with the plastic encasing broken so that the bottom plug side's wiring and metal parts are exposed therefore exposing employees to electric current. c)Laundry Room / Pool Hall - CSHO Ibarra observed a double switch 120 Volt light switch with the plastic encasing broken and therefore exposing live wires and metallic parts of the switch, therefore exposing employees to electric current. The double switch light switch was approximately four and a half feet off the ground.mately
