The cardboard compactor, trade mark Vertical Baler, serial number BV6030B was located in the storage area in the supermarket. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is fix the safety system to machine so that it can not deactivate. a. Recibir lesiones por la des-orientacion del sistema de seguridad automatico de apisonadora de carton. Al momento de la inspeccion, el sistema no estaba funcionando y los empleados estaban usandola. La apisonadora de carton, marca Vertical Baler, Serie# BV6030B estaba localizada en el area de almacen en el supermercado. Entre otros metodos, un metodo aceptable y posible de corregir este riesgo es fijar el sistema de seguridad a la maquina de forma tal que no se pueda desactivar.o.
