North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Ref: B30.20-1.4.2-1985 (a)buildings 1 & 2 -- below the hook lifting devices had not been load tested. Note:Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to have the below the hook lifting devices load tested.
