North Carolina General Statute 95-129 (1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a)facility; throughout such as Scouring Department - Cranes, such as the 2 Ton Underhung monorail, were not inspected prior to initial use, then frequently and periodically thereafter. Note: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to inspect all cranes then continue to inspect frequently and periodically.
