29 CFR 1926.451(b)(6): On scaffolds where scaffold planks were abutted to create a long platform, each abutted end did not rest on a separate support surface: Employees conducting residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13.5 feet while working from a ladder jack scaffold. Wooden scaffold planks were bridged onto the metal planking of the ladder jack scaffold and both planks were supported by a single ladder jack.
