29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): Working space required by this standard may not be used for storage. When normally enclosed live parts are exposed for inspection or servicing, the working space, if in a passageway or general open space, shall be suitably guarded. a) Megawatt Machine Services Somerset NJ site - Manufacturing and storage areas: Electrical panel boxes/ junction boxes rated 480V/3 phase and 220V/single phase that controlled the Marvel Series 81A vertical band saw and the air compressor were not maintained free of storage/ equipment, e.g. flammable storage cabinet, a mini storage closet, and other stored materials. Condition noted on or about 02/07/2012.
