Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 002 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning,material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following: a. At the Baker's IGA located in Coshocton, Ohio the employer had employees that would work with various cleaning chemcials at the facility, such as but not limited to, Bare Bones No-Rinse/No-Scrub Liquifying Stripper, Saniquat Disinfectant Sanitizer, and Poof Foaming Cleanser. The employer did not have a written hazard communication or provide training with employees on the chemcials that they used in the facility.
