29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: A) 182 W 18th St Bayonne, NJ 07002 Employees were allowed to use an a-frame ladders as a straight ladder. An 8 ft. step ladder, being used to access the interior upper floors of the building, was being used as a straight ladder which was not the purpose for which the ladder was designed exposing employees to fall hazards. Occurred on or about 3/13/2026
